Ben Sammon, founder, has spent his entire career in construction — starting on the commercial side after earning a degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, before finding his true calling in high-end residential work.

Since then, Ben has built a track record managing complex, high-value renovation and new build projects across the DC-Baltimore region, working alongside some of the area’s most respected architects and designers.

His project experience spans the full geography of the region — from underpinning historic Georgetown rowhouses and building custom new homes in Northern Virginia, to Annapolis waterfront additions, Eastern Shore farmhouse remodels, and complete property transformations in Baltimore.
